Presentation is Everything

Ken Blanchard wrote that there’s a “difference between interest and commitment. When you’re interested in doing something, you do it only when it’s convenient. When you’re committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

The Henderson Group remains committed to helping people improve how they represent themselves, their products, services, and companies.

This Summer we’re merging (we’ve been referring to it as “morphing”) with a strategic partner called Speechless.

We’ve joined forces in a common goal of making all presentations easier for people. Their tagline “Presentation is everything” is in many ways exactly what we’ve been talking about for years. Speechless brings improv, comedy, shorter training/coaching sessions, incredible levels of interaction, and great results. We’ve been active together for a few months now. As a group there is a great fit together so you’ll be hearing more from us collectively.

We’re doing another half day program together about improving all of your stories on Oct. 11th, 9 AM – 1 PM (in San Francisco at our training space near Moscone Center).

We’re also doing a webinar on Sept. 13th with one of our outside leading trainers Patricia Fripp.

Patricia truly is a “Hall of Fame” keynote speaker, who has been a leader in our industry for a long time. She’s a great executive speech coach, a leading sales presentation trainer and a good advisor and friend. She brings an online, “on demand” curriculum (called Fripp VT) which is quite extensive. We’re doing a webinar at 11 AM on Sept. 13th with Patricia, so please let us know if you’re interested  in joining. We’d like to make the online curriculum available to any who may be interested.
